Cancellation & Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy conditions and process carefully to understand the information and guidelines about your rights and obligations. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product/Service. If the order is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors then the order shall be canceled and refunded.

Cancellation process:

The order may be canceled for any of the following reasons:

  • If the time of service delivery you booked is no longer convenient to you On customer’s request.
  • The address mentioned is not serviceable.
  • Any other reason beyond the control of Vendors or Service Track.
  • The correct product could not be delivered.
  • Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
  • Products damaged during transit.
  • The customer refused to accept delivery. (Refund would not be applicable in case of perishable products, like flowers, cakes, etc).
  • The order may be canceled before 5 hours from the service delivery time using the option mentioned below.

Refund Policy:

What about a refund after cancellation?

You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under Service Track Trust money. We take anywhere from 7-14 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.

I have still not received a refund to my bank account. Why? If you have received an mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
